This beautiful three-room apartment enjoys a stunning position overlooking the bay of Bergeggi and is arranged on two floors: the lower floor consists of a spacious living room with equipped kitchenette, complete with all comforts, sofa bed, first bathroom with shower, storage room, and a splendid terrace with panoramic sea view.
The upper floor features two double bedrooms (one with a sofa bed and without a door), a second bathroom with shower, and an adjoining small terrace for hanging laundry; finally, a charming loft converted into a cozy attic-bedroom with two single beds.
The apartment can be rented for a maximum of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Pets are NOT allowed
Our rates include utilities, final cleaning, linens (weekly change), wifi, use of the outdoor swimming pool with solarium, 1 free 2-hour entrance to the Spa (adults only and for stays of minimum 7 nights), 1 hour of tennis court (for stays of minimum 3 nights), parking. Private beach at additional cost.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Check-out by 10:00 AM. A late check-in until 9:00 PM will be possible by notifying the on-site staff. In case of arrival after 9:00 PM and until 11:00 PM at the latest, a supplement of € 30 will be required.
