During our collaboration, acting on behalf of the owner, we pay the applicable flat-rate tax (Cedolare Secca) on their behalf.

Tax regulations require the owner to pay taxes on rental income.

If the owner is an individual, they can choose between the flat-rate tax regime (fixed rate of 21%) or the standard tax regime (progressive taxation based on income). This decision is made during the income tax declaration.
